Replaces the combination of filter cup and filter paper, and simplify the complexity.

The cone shape allows much better extraction of coffee than other shapes. Water flows to the centre, allowing more time it is in contact with ground coffee.

Creative diamond hanging filter paper, non-woven fabric technology imported from Japan, flexible material, moderate thickness, no residue left in filtration.

We delivery to KLN, HK island, NT, the islands. Our delivery partner is SF express.

Delivery fee is $30 for orders below $300

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of the date that the order is placed - Monday to Friday. Delivery is usually next day when the order is picked up from our Roastery.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed, which includes a link to track your order.

Order cut off time is 2pm. Orders received after Friday 3pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Orders received on a public holiday will be processed the following working day.

If we don’t have your ordered item in stock, it will be put towards the next roasting day, which we will inform you by email. This means, you will get your coffee a few days later than usual.

Bad weather
T8, Black rain, or any unexpected events that may stop us from opening, deliveries will be delayed. Things will go back to schedule on the next business day. We will of course let you know if that happens.

Free pick up at our Roastery

We aim to deliver the freshest coffee possible to you.

Roasting occurs on Wednesday after which we leave the coffee to de-gas. We ship coffee up to 6 days after roasting.

Shipping outside Hong Kong

When we have the right system in place, we will let everyone know. For now, just email us on lmz@loveminuszero.com, we’ll try and work something out as best we can.

Problems and Returns

If the coffee is not delivered and returned to us then we will contact you to find a way to fix the problem. If you were unable to receive the coffee and it is returned to us then we can resend it to you at your cost. If you encounter problems with your shipment, the order or anything else, please contact us at lmz@loveminuszero.com
