Shipping policy

We aim to deliver the freshest coffee possible to you.

Roasting occurs on Wednesday after which we leave the coffee to de-gas. We ship coffee up to 6 days after roasting.

We can ship up to a maximum weight of 5kg in total per order. For any larger quantities, please contact us on lmz@loveminuszero.com to order and arrange separately.

Shipping in Hong Kong

We delivery to KLN, HK island, NT, the islands. Our delivery partner is SF express via HKPickupp.

Delivery fee is $30 for orders below $300
Free delivery for orders above $300

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of the date that the order is placed - Monday to Friday. Delivery is usually next day from the day the order is picked up from our Roastery in Sai Ying Pun.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed, which includes a link to track your order.

Order cut off time is 2pm. Orders received after Friday 3pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Orders received on a public holiday will be processed the following working day.

If we don’t have your ordered item in stock, it will be put towards the next roasting day, which we will inform you by email. This means, you will get your coffee a few days later than usual.

Shit happens…
T8, Black rain, or any unexpected events that may stop us from opening, deliveries will be delayed. Things will go back to schedule on the next business day. We will let you know if that happens.
