Detour
Working with a strong independent spirit in the heart of corporate Hong Kong, Karen and Matt have been operating the Detour Coffee shops on Hong Kong Island since 2017 up to the present day.
Designing the spaces and menus themselves, without external investors or partners. Allowing them the freedom to make decisions they feel would most benefit the community, customers, staff and the environment.




Love Minus Zero
In 2024 Continuing their vision with their own-built Roastery Love Minus Zero (headed by Matt). Bringing all the love and none of the compromise to their own blended and single origin coffees. Carefully selecting beans for freshness, clarity, balance and curious flavours.
Most importantly coffees that they love to sip.
