Gesha Coffee is harvested in the Western Forests of Ethiopian Known for its low yield and growing popularity, this varietal boasts captivating flavors of berry sweetness and rich chocolate.

Added to that, we chose a Gesha that has gone through a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation process, followed by sun-drying on flat beds for 18-21 days, intensifies its fruity characteristics, revealing delightful hints of tropical juices like passionfruit, mango and melon.

Delivery

We aim to deliver the freshest coffee possible to you.

Roasting occurs on Wednesday after which we leave the coffee to de-gas. We ship coffee up to 6 days after roasting.

We can ship up to a maximum weight of 5kg in total per order. For any larger quantities, please contact us on [lmz@loveminuszero.com](mailto:lmz@loveminuszero.com) to order and arrange separately.

Shipping in Hong Kong

We delivery to KLN, HK island, NT, the islands. Our delivery partner is SF express.

Delivery fee is $30 for orders below $300
Free delivery for orders above $300

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of the date that the order is placed - Monday to Friday. Delivery is usually next day when the order is picked up from our Roastery.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed, which includes a link to track your order.

Order cut off time is 2pm. Orders received after Friday 3pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Orders received on a public holiday will be processed the following working day.

If we don’t have your ordered item in stock, it will be put towards the next roasting day, which we will inform you by email. This means, you will get your coffee a few days later than usual.

Shit happens…
T8, Black rain, or any unexpected events that may stop us from opening, deliveries will be delayed. Things will go back to schedule on the next business day. We will of course let you know if that happens.

When we have the right system in place, we will let everyone know. For now, just email us on lmz@loveminuszero.com, we’ll try and work something out as best we can.

Problems and Returns

If the coffee is not delivered and returned to us then we will contact you to find a way to fix the problem. If you were unable to receive the coffee and it is returned to us then we can resend it to you at your cost. If you encounter problems with your shipment, the order or anything else, please contact us at lmz@loveminuszero.com
